  Expected results

         Equipment and technology of RF wave treatment of bakery products with low additive synthesis, in order to prolong the preservation challenge and increase food safety.

         Performing dissertation thesis, publishing scientific  articles in ISI journals, organization of at least one workshop in which we will  present the project results, participation in fairs and exhibitions.
